• We walk you through space zoning, design logic, and concept inspiration

• If available, 3D mockups or visual sketches are shown

• We collect your feedback, revisions, preferences, and suggestions

• We discuss budget alignment and possible design modifications

• We finalize the next steps towards execution or 3D visualization
